At a moment when dining rooms were dark and kitchens stayed lit, we helped Grubhub say something simple and true: thank you. “We Serve Restaurants” became a love letter to the places that fed us through the pandemic—filmed inside real restaurants, with real staff and families who kept the industry alive.

The spot captured the small joys we clung to and the resilience of an industry rebuilding. Out-of-home carried the message back into cities nationwide: Go out to eat if you can. Grubhub if you can’t.

More than advertising, it was a reminder of who Grubhub serves first—restaurants, and the communities that depend on them.
